Solid team and were on top of everything throughout the process. We had a quick turnaround selling and closing in Collierville while we were also planning a move to East TN. Doug was fantastic. Put up with me wanting to see a lot of different houses. When it came time for the offer, he was creative in putting together the best offer we could present that gave us the best chance of acceptance. In this wild sellers market, I believe the offer he put together was the thing that put us over the top and got us the house. He was always available for a text or a call. He was very responsive to my needs and questions even if they were sometimes small and knit-picky.

After we sold our house very quickly and began a search for a new house, Doug understood our need and made suggestions based on that understanding. He initiated some showings and responded quickly when we would find a house to look at, always returning phone calls and texts with our questions, often immediately. Doug negotiated well on our behalf.

Our experience purchasing a home was rough due to some changes that were messed up on the selling of our home and Doug did everything possible to keep us encouraged and find us our home we have now. Doug was the best Realtor we could have asked for. He helped us purchase our home in Olive Branch, MS when we relocated there in 2015. Then in 2018 he helped us sell our home when we moved to Indiana. Doug was always available for questions and gave us weekly updates on marketing, showings, offers, etc. Nothing could have been better and the entire process was perfect!
